Timeline

TIMELINE

This is a very long post but needs to be read. As not to spam people’s dashes I’ve put it under read more. HOWEVER it must be read. It’s mostly dotpoints anyway.

• The Red Rebels were doing small raids and killings as part of a small organisation but were gaining force.
• Zuko and Aang involved in peaceful rebuilding and stabilising of all nations.
• Freedom Fighters stopping and halting the RR; gain information and realise that the force is growing.
• RR plan to attack Ba Sing Se and capture the Earth King. Also planned assassination of Zuko, Mai and Iroh and put Azula and Ozai back on throne.
• BSS is attacked. A member of the Kyoshi Warriors is killed. The entire cabinet of ministers and staff are killed. Rest of Kyoshi Warriors, Iroh and the Earth King are captured. 
• Part of BSS is burnt to the ground. Longshot and Bee survive and escape the City. The Duke is busted out of the Palace. Jet gets into the Palace but is trapped in the dungeon at one point. Gets out later and tries to track the Kyoshi Warriors. Finds Suki. Gets hurt saving her.
• Mai travels to Zuko. (they’re broken up but still care about one another). On the way Mai is attacked by RR. She defeats them and meets Zuko. He is worried about Iroh. They travel to BSS. Get lured into a trap and ambush. Mai is captured.
• Aang and Katara have set up camp outside BSS and are worried about friends.
• Sokka and Toph are on a boat, a set of war ships, ready to stop RR attacks by sea.
• Jet, although injured, manages to make it to Katara and Aang while carrying Suki. He collapses there. Katara takes care of them both. 
• Aang goes to destroy RR camps by the air temples, hoping to cull their forces. 
• Pakku is on a set of Northern Watertribe ships. Is attacked by RR. Ends up moored and stranded with Hahn, most of his men killed.
• Jet leaves to go after the RR leader. Suki follows him. On his way he finds one of the prison bases where the Kyoshi Warriors (including Ty Lee) and Iroh are. He sets them free and runs into Suki. They stay somewhere in the town overnight. He leaves in the morning. Suki (or Iroh?) takes the girls back to the camp and then follows Jet. 
• Mai is being held in a RR torture and prison centre. She is bait for Zuko.

This is where it gets messy. All of the above has been properly written up and roleplayed and is in continuity. However, other things have since happened and people since joined that need to be combined with the storyline or disregarded. Since the above:

• The Dai Li, in particular, Katsu, has joined and become a major part. The Dai Li have tortured people and combined forces with the Red Rebels.
• Sokka and Suki have properly broken up. Suki dated Jet and they got engaged but then broke up. Suki is now dating Katsu.
• Haru joined the Freedom Fighters (both Haru’s have).
• Jet has a son, and the background with his ex, Meena. 
• Longshot lost his memory and regained it. 
• Katara and Aang broke up. Katara is now dating Jet.
• …What the hell happened with Sokka? We just don’t know.
• Was Mai pregnant when she was captured? That was never solved. No, no she wasn’t. Sorry Mai. And how’d she get out? What happened next? 
• Mai and Zuko are back together. 
• Pakku and him being stranded with Hahn? What then happened? (or did I miss it?) 
• Pakku and Kanna are reunited.
• Kya has returned. Hakoda is around. They’re together. With a baby on the way.
• Saito and Asuka are around with Tom-Tom. 
• Kinto has appeared. 
• Jin has more backstory that may or may not relate to the RR.
• Wah Shi Tong has an idea for a spirits storyline that coincides with the RR.
• I don’t know what to think about Hamazilla. It doesn’t make sense.  
• The Order of the White Lotus could be involved. Would give more roles to Iroh, Bumi and Pakku.
• June and her hunting skills. She could be useful for many reasons. Could be conjoined into the White Lotus idea.

These are just what I could briefly brainstorm. I don’t know everyone’s plans for the RR and I’d like to. If you have ideas for your character and how it relates to the RR please tell me. 

However if your idea does not get put into the timeline and you do not submit it will not become continuity UNLESS you specifically tell us OR write a narrative RP and leave the link in the askbox. It will not be considered continuity, instead just fun RP.

With the timeline I WELCOME and PLEAD FOR responses to this. I have tried to keep everything that has recently happened but put it into sense making plot points with the surrounding events. If you dislike something or want to add something (I really do NOT know everyone’s plans/ideas for their character so please tell me.) I’ve tried my best so here it is:

-RR gains power and force

-Captures Mai. 

-Jet goes out to destroy leader.

-Dai Li and Red Rebels form an alliance. 

- There is a failed attempt to release Ozai from prison. Azula is kept under watchful eye. Many do not believe in her rehabilitation. 

- Jet tells Suki to go home. He cares too much about her but they can no longer be together? (At some point they must break up)

-Longshot and Bee live on the outskirts of Ba Sing Se as it rebuilds.

-Sokka and Toph might meet Kinto at a port before heading out to sea. He wants to travel with them. Then together they all save Pakku and Hahn? It’s a possible way for Pakku to be saved… and to get Kinto introduced to everyone properly. Kinto does not trust Sokka, for Sokka is too friendly with members of all nations and learnt his sword skills from a Fire Nation master. However, Kinto is awkward around Pakku due to his banishment from the Northern Water Tribe.

-Mai attempts to rescue herself and fails.

-Zuko sets out to rescue Mai (possibly with Aang’s help?) in the Earth Kingdom at some prison he believes her to be at. He goes all ninja and tries to save her but ends up believing she is dead and returns to the Fire Nation heartbroken.

- Suki trains up her warriors and meets Katsu in BSS during the rebuilding efforts?

- Jet meets Haru on his travels. … now could either make Haru an offer to join the Freedom Fighters then and there and continues on his trip with or without Haru OR decides to return to find his FF and continue on his revenge quest later because his Freedom Fighters need him.

- Hama has made the deal with Bee? Longshot loses his memory?

- Kya has returned in the Southern Watertribe. She and Hakoda have a reunion. They decide to travel to Ba Sing Se to visit Katara and Sokka.

- Mai is rescued by Iroh. Zuko returns to the Fire Nation and finds her safe and sound. Her parents are waiting for her anxiously, scared for her safety. They are so worried about her they decide not to leave her side for a while and blame Zuko for her capture.

- Red Rebels are plotting the death of Zuko.

- Kinto is hanging out in Ba Sing Se. Jet might offer him a spot in the Freedom Fighters? Jet so does love collecting benders… however Kinto’s attitude might be a problem so maybe not. In any case, Kinto might also be very suspicious of the Dai Li and trying to follow and destroy them?

-Kanna has traveled with Hakoda and Kya to BSS. Hakoda and Kya embrace Katara. Sokka arrives with Pakku. Kanna and Pakku are reunited, she has been so worried and he tells her everything. Sokka is beyond ecstatic to see his mother and father.

-Katsu and Suki have been dating for a while but Katsu is going through a relapse. He kidnaps and tortures Katara. Katara is not the same and while dealing with it breaks up with Aang. 

-Jet has returned to BSS with Haru. Tries to get his Freedom Fighters back together but they are a mess. He cannot handle that his little family band are so wrecked and goes to the market. Finds out about Cale and Meena. 

-There could be an assassination attempt on Zuko’s life here. 

- Jet brings his Freedom Fighters together. Begins training them. He has a mission in mind. 

Now I’m sure I’ve missed a bit of stuff, and certainly people’s plans about things but that should bring us up to the present. I know I have a few plans for Jet but I need to hear everyone else’s plans for the RP from this point on so we can finish the timeline for a bit in the future.

Momo’s idea for something for the future:

Maybe the Red Rebels could organize a coup or a siege of the Fire Nation palace and kidnap Zuko? Then we all have to work together to save him? Then we go from there?
